Coopers Convertible

While sitting in a parking lot, A convertible drove by.
“Look mom, there’s my car!”
“It’s called a convertible”
“I can call it whatever I want!”


Cooper has always loved Michael s red car. He always says when he is bigger he wants it. He calls it the Race Car. One day when we were out for a walk, Cooper saw a Convertible and fell in love.

"I want that car! I don't want your car, or daddy's red car, I want that one! And you and Daddy can't come in, cuz you will make it dirty."
"oh ya?"
"well you can come, but I will open the door so you don't slam it"

Superhero

I love going to garage sales. This year has been great-already got Alyssas snow suit for winter. As usual, Cooper and I sneaked out while Michael and Alyssa were sleeping and got some great deals! I got him big iron man that talks. In April he went through an iron man phase, so I thought this was great. It says many things including "I am iron man". After playing with it for hours he said " this looks a lot like iron man". I laughed so hard! He knew it was-did he forget??

Tonight while playing with his iron man and new pirate ship, he brought out spider man on his motorbike, and told me "did you know that a spider bit spiderman and made him have powers?". I said yes, how do you know that? "nana told me, she knows a LOT about super heros"

So funny!

Coopers Comments and Milestones

We were talking about when Cooper was a baby inside me.

I asked Cooper why he kicked me so much when he was in my stomach-he said i was squishing him. LOL i said, i was squishing you?! You were squishing me!
He said well it was dark in there!


Alyssa cleaned the toy room tonight. She picked up all of her toys and put them in the bin!

She will be 17 months in a few days, and she is still 20lbs! Hasn't gained anything in a LONG time...

On Sunday one of her Molars came in!? She has 4 on top, 3 on the bottom and a random molar.

Random days...

My baby boy is growing up too fast...


Me and My Princess



Michael dances with the kids ALL the time, and they LOVE it! Me and Cooper love singing to each other, somedays, its as if we live in a musical. Cooper likes to mimic me and sing into his thumb :)

Someone is turning 33!!!

Well, when he turned 30, he was actually okay. But turning 33 was a BIG deal.



I wanted to make sure he just had FUN.

I made him a SKOR cake, and He had a PS3 party.



We had the boys play downstairs while the girls were upstairs in the toyroom with the 8 kids.

Cooper was put to bed by his Auntie, and I went downstairs to get a drink, and Cooper SNUCK out of his room and was playing!! This is his "drum playing" face. LOL

My Little Cowgirl and Cowboy

This year we went to Michaels work Stampede Party, and then to the Stampede.
It is a lot of fun dressing them up! They are just SOOOOO cute!

Alyssa LOVES the petting zoo! She didn't want to leave, and kept chasing all the animals around, and didn't want to stop petting them!




Cooper LOVED the ferris wheel, he stayed on for a long time. I kept asking him if he wanted to come off, and he kept saying no.





Cooper just LOVES bouncy houses. We spend most of our time here.

Canada Day weekend at the Cabin

Cooper draws pirate ships ALL the time, and he made one in the sand. Very cute!

The boys played quite a few games of croquet. LOVE the way Michael hits the ball!
