Our Trip to the Zoo

Michael got a new lens for his birthday (thanks to our wonderful families). We went to the zoo this afternoon and got some great pics!!

Alyssa's Rolling Around

Last night, we layed Alyssa down on her toy, and within 30 seconds she rolled/scouched over to the Red Monster Truck and started sucking on the tire.

We put her back on the toy on her back again, and again within seconds she was then sucking on Marios Head!

She can move around so-o quickly!!

Alyssa in the Intellitainer!

Alyssa LOVES to stand and jump. We knew she wasn't big enough for the Intellitainer yet, but we knew she would love it, and she did. she kicked her feet and tried to jump around in it. (4 months, 3 days) Uncle John and Auntie Leah bought it for Cooper, and he still loves to play with it!

Alyssa's First Phone Call

On Monday July 5th, as I was getting everything ready for our trip to Arizona, i received the following phone call:

Hi Is Alyssa Fenning there please?
Alyssa??
Yes.
Umm....This is her mother.
Could I speak with Alyssa please?
Umm....She is 3 months old....so she can't talk...
Oh...I guess she can't...
No...



soooo funny!!! At first I was scared cuz her passport was supposed to arrive that day so we could leave.

Alyssa's trying to Crawl!

For the last 3 days, Alyssa is pushing her bum in the air, trying to get on all fours, and is scooching along. I left her on her hitting toy, to get Cooper some food, and came back and she was 2 feet off of the toy! Shes going to be crawling soon!! (Scary!) Hopefully she is good like Cooper was, and we don't have to child proof!

The last 2 weeks we have seen huge changes in Alyssa. She has been in the jolly jumper 3 times now, she just LOVES it. (We put her in the first time when she was 3 months and 1 week.) Cooper also loves her being in it, and keeps asking if she can go in. Last time he jumped with her, and it makes her smile so big! She just loves her big brother so much!



Cooper is doing so much better at soccer, its too bad that its coming to an end. He is listening a lot better, and loves playing with the other kids.
